It is difficult to find any other place to learn. No How-To book that I know of.

Yes,  #1 means they have earned more than any other host. The amount to get to HOF varies: I would guess and say if you make anywhere from $50 or more, daily average, at least 5 days a week, you should be a HOF’er regularly.
